The Judiciary has announced that the Supreme Court of Kenya’s website is temporarily unavailable as it undergoes a scheduled re-engineering exercise.
In a public notice issued by the Office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, the Judiciary said the maintenance is aimed at upgrading the court’s online platform and apologized for any inconvenience caused to court users.
“The Supreme Court website is currently undergoing scheduled re-engineering,” the notice stated.
The Judiciary advised advocates, litigants and members of the public seeking access to Supreme Court case law to use the Kenya Law website while the upgrade is underway.
For urgent matters, the public has been asked to contact the Supreme Court Registry directly.
The notice, dated June 16, 2026, was signed by Deputy Registrar of the Supreme Court, Bernard Kasavuli, who thanked court users for their patience and understanding during the maintenance period.
The Judiciary did not indicate when the Supreme Court website is expected to be fully restored.
